 If you prefer the simplicity of paying in full, you’ll have the option to when our sales team connects with you for the Purchase and Sales Agreement. Once the full payment has been received, Congrats! The land is yours.
 We will take care of all the necessary paperwork to transfer the land title to your name and mail it directly to you.

Title Transfer & Delivery

Once the property has been paid in full, we’ll handle all of the documentation, title transfer with the county, and delivery of the documents to you.  

Select the “Purchase Now” option on the listing page. There is only one low documentation payment of $249, and your land is reserved! We accept ACH secure payment for your convenience.

Flexible Seller-Financed Payment Plan:
For your convenience, we also offer seller-financed payment plans so you can enjoy lower monthly payments.

Reach out to our team and express your interest in the property with a seller-financed payment plan. We'll discuss your financial preferences and tailor a plan for your budget.
Once the terms of the seller-financed payment plan are finalized, you'll sign the necessary documents outlining the payment schedule, interest rates, and other relevant details. Over the agreed-upon time frame, you’ll make regular payments according to the term schedule.

To keep the purchasing process simple and affordable for you, the buyer, we sell directly to you— not through a broker or agency. Because of this, there are no commission fees included with your property purchase price. We handle everything ourselves — from preparing the contracts, payment setups, and closing documents, to title transfers and mailing your closing packets to you. Our doc fee covers all the payments associated with that process, so you can have a hassle-free land-buying experience.

We offer land with 100% clean titles. We own each lot we offer outright and we conduct extensive in-house title searches to ensure that you will not purchase a property that has any delinquent payments.

At this time, yes, we only offer vacant land. Some properties may be completely undeveloped, raw lots, while others may have water or power available. Please contact our team with any questions you have about our listings.

If you opt to pay in full, you can begin obtaining the appropriate permits as soon as we transfer the title to your name. If you opt for the seller-financing option, you will need to wait until the payments are completed as agreed and the title is transferred to your name. Please contact the county’s zoning department for more detailed information about any restrictions or requirements.

We do not conduct credit checks for our payment plan options. We just ask that you honor the contract and keep your account in good standing. We can set up recurring payments through our secure payment processor.
